Q: Will my OrderDepot.com store be secure for online transactions?
A: Yes. Shoppers using a browser supporting the SSL protocol will shop with confidence. Order processing software detects whether a browser supports secure transactions and submits all data to a secure URL. Infinity eCommerce supports Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. This protects credit card transaction information between you and your customers.

Q: What happens when a shopper places an order?
A: Our shopping cart completes the transaction and posts them directly to your merchant application. You will receive an email indicating an order has been placed. Orders are retrieved by accessing the Store Manager.

Q: How many pages is my store allowed to have?
A: There is no limit to the number of pages you will have. Product level corresponds to the package purchased. Your store will contain a store front, about us, contact us and additional pages for each product category you specify.

Q: Can I design my own pages?
A: The OrderDepot Store Manager tools include pre-designed template pages. You choose colors, template design and buttons. Custom pages can be designed and included in your store on a time and materials basis.

Q: How do I upload photos and graphics to my store?
A: The Store Manager will guide you through uploading photos as you create your store. All images need to be in .jpg or .gif format and sized according to the requirements specified. A photo editing software is required for formatting and sizing. We recommend Adobe PhotoShop. However, many digital cameras include the acceptable software.

Q: How will my products be organized within my store?
A: You create product families and categories to group products together. Each category is organized, as determined by you, and displayed on its own page.

A: No. Your store will be available on the Internet by visiting (EX: www.OrderDepot.com/yourstorename/.) You can use this web address to advertise your store. However, we recommend that you purchase a domain to help increase traffic to your store.

Q: Do I have to set up my own store?
A: The Infinity Technology, Inc. eCommerce and Creative Team is available to setup your store for an additional charge.

Q: How does my store get noticed?
A: It's important to have a home page created and your website registered with the search engines. Also, make sure your URL is included on all of your marketing efforts.
